I’m not a firm, and I’m not a full-time hire \u2014 I’m a senior HR partner who scales to what you actually need. That might mean a few hours a week as your fractional Head of People, full-time coverage during a leadership gap, or a defined project with a clear start and end date. Whatever the engagement, the work is the same: I get in, understand what’s really going on, and start fixing it \u2014 not sitting in meetings talking about fixing it.<\/p>\n

I work in regular touchpoints, not radio silence between invoices, so you’ll always know what I’m working on and why.<\/p>\n I move fast on the things that create risk or block progress, and I’ll tell you plainly when something isn’t urgent so we’re not spending your budget on busywork. Most of my work happens remotely, with on-site time built in when a project calls for it \u2014 board meetings, leadership offsites, sensitive conversations that shouldn’t happen over video.<\/p>\n Getting Started<\/strong><\/p>\n Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation about what’s actually going on, not a sales pitch.
